Tate Liverpool - Sculpture Remixed Second Floor Galleries, Tate Liverpool, UK Wayne Hemingway & Son have put a radical new slant on the latest Tate Collection display by transforming the gallery into a real life ‘headphone disco’ complete with light-up dance floor. Play lists have been commissioned from renowned local musicians including Wil Bolton, DJ Greg Wilson, DJ Yousef, Hot Club de Paris, Go Faster and The Hive Collective. Wil Bolton's Treatments & Textures is a selection of atmospheric textural ambient and electroacoustic tracks, which includes a new composition by the artist, Collapsed Chimes, alongside works by composers including Stephan Mathieu, Taylor Deupree, Christian Fennesz, Klimek and Shuttle358. |
